Hurt? We’ll deal with the insurer.

After a crash, a fall or a denied disability claim, the insurance company has a team working to pay you less. You should have one too. No fee unless we win.

What we help with

We act for injured people and their families, never for insurers.

  • Car, truck and motorcycle accidentsAccident benefits from your own insurer plus a claim against the at-fault driver.
  • Pedestrian and cyclist injuriesIncluding hit-and-run and uninsured drivers.
  • Slip and fallInjuries on icy sidewalks, in stores, parking lots and rental buildings.
  • Long-term disability denialsGroup and private LTD claims that were denied or cut off, including at the “any occupation” change.
  • Accident benefits disputesDenied treatment, income replacement or attendant care, including at the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
  • Serious and catastrophic injuriesBrain and spinal injuries, and claims on behalf of families after a death.

How fees work

You don’t pay anything upfront, and you don’t pay our fee unless we recover money for you.

Contingency, in writing

Our fee is a percentage of the final settlement or award, set out in a written agreement before we start. No recovery, no fee.

We carry the costs

Medical reports, experts and filing fees are paid by us as the case goes and recovered at the end.

Deadlines are short. After a car accident you generally must notify your insurer within 7 days. A fall on city property needs written notice within 60 days. Most lawsuits must start within two years.

We’ll come to you at home or in hospital if you can’t travel.

Common questions

What is my claim worth?
It depends on your injuries, lost income, future care and how the accident happened. We’ll give you an honest range after the first consultation and refine it as medical evidence comes in.
The insurer called me. Should I give a statement?
You’ll need to apply for your own accident benefits, but talk to us before giving a recorded statement to the other driver’s insurer.
Can I claim if the accident was partly my fault?
Usually yes. Accident benefits are no-fault, and a lawsuit can still succeed with your share of fault deducted.
My LTD claim was denied. Is it too late?
Often not. The two-year limitation generally runs from the denial, and internal appeals don’t always pause it. Call us before you file another appeal.
